In love with my new kitty tank and high waist polka dot pants. I don't know whats with me and polka dots lately but I've now worn 3 polka dotted things in the past 3 days included my new polka dot iPhone case. Crazy for kitties and dots.

Black See Through

This black see through button down is one of my favorite shirts. Unfortunately you cannot see the back, but it has a crochet racerback and a longer hemline creating that high-low effect in a top. I bought it last year in California and have seen it re-appear on Nasty Gal a couple of times. I like that adding a sweater hides the back to look like any other black see through button down, but when worn alone it makes a statement. I'm all about multi-purpose clothing. Say hi to Lily puppy.

Big Star

A big thanks to @BigStarJeansUSA for these perfectly fitting skinnies. They're basically one of those jeans that you can wear all day everyday. The wash, fit, fade/whisker detail, and fabric is all on point, making them my new fav. Casually paired them with a pair of comfy wedges, basic cut tank top, and vintage kimono for a run around town look.

Hot Kiss shorts lookin' hotttt. I love these paint spatter high waisted black denims. They were given to me by the awesome denim brand, Hot Kiss and I'm obsessed. The plan was to host a giveaway on my blog with these, because they're exclusive for Moeh Fashion but that obviously hasn't happened and I really like them so ... sorry! :D Comment if you too love them because maybe, JUST MAYBE, ill pick a lucky lady to pass them along to.

Metallic Beach

Silver sand, metallic beach.
Took a nice lil nap on the beach yesterday because it was so gorgeous out. I happened to be wearing this monochrome and metallic get-up that worked perfectly with the scenery. Warm sand in between your toes is definitely much better than sweaty NYC feet.

Cuteness overload at this new retailer Never Fully Dressed. They've got your sorbet color pallet on hand in all of the cutest shirt dresses, maxi dresses, and tops you could find. I am actually super excited about this gem of a retailer because we all know where everyone shops. To find something new and different is really refreshing, and I cannot wait to see what else they have in store for us season to season.

Panther Tank

Keith and I shot these pretty quickly, as usual I was running to catch my train, so although the background totally sucks the panther tank makes up for it. I will wear anything with a kitty on it especially a growling kitty. I will also wear anything maxi. Maxi all year round, all the time, all colors and prints.

a touch of Neon

Boyfriend jeans are my favorite thing nowadays. I scooped this pair @Paige in Los Angeles last week and their lose fit / cool attitude makes them my go to pair right now. The jacket is old school, a hand me down from one of my sissies (sisters). Its basic, yet structured, fit has been pulling my semi-lose outfits together nicely. As for the touch of neon, it came from Necessary Clothing in Soho. The greenish yellow is my favorite neon color, so when I saw it - I had to have it.

Visiting new and upcoming designer, Laura Siegel's showroom last week was extremely inspiring. As I walked in I could see culture all around me, from the office decor to the jewelry to the collection itself. Her gift for creating effortless yet innovative fashions can captivate any apparel lover, and the stories behind each piece make them that much more unique. She has found and empowered communities abroad, using their ancient craftsmanship to create each piece. I learned about the artisans, processes, and culture through her stories and was inspired by the ways of developing the collection. Many times high fashion can be seen as hard to wear, or extremely avant garde, but Siegel has created a comfortable, layered, and a high fashion collection for both Fall and Spring. Thats 2 times she's conquered awesomeness and I'm excited to see what else she's got in store for us!
